Personal Data, Use and Purpose of Use
Personal data is information which can be used to determine your identity. It includes information such as your name, street address, communication details like phone numbers, social media IDs and email addresses.
By default, our website can be accessed without you revealing your identity. If you want to arrange a consultation, we ask you for your name and other personal details. It is up to you whether you provide this data.

When you access one of our websites, logs are automatically create and stored on DigiTorc’s internal and external analytics-partner servers. From time to time DigiTorc will evaluate this data in order to examine website visitor behaviour and preferences.
E-mail Addresses
If you share your e-mail address with us, we will communicate with you by e-mail. We will not, however, pass your e-mail address on to third parties. Depending on whether signature settings are enabled in your e-mail application, personal data may be automatically transferred when you send an e-mail to DigiTorc; this data will also be handled in confidence by DigiTorc.
Forms
Our website contains highly secure, encryption-protected order forms which are filled out in order to request information or to purchase products and services. Certain forms may request you to provide financial data, such as bank account details or credit card numbers. On these occasions, we guarantee that these details will be used solely for the purpose of billing and payment processing and only for the duration of a single and immediate transaction following which it is discarded from our system.

This site also contains links to sites under the stewardship of third-parties. While every effort is made to ensure that our ecosystem of partners operate similar standards of data privacy and governance, DigiTorc has no influence on the data security and privacy provisions implemented, or indeed the content of, referenced websites.

DigiTorc will not share your personally identifiable data with third parties. Only where obliged by law or court ruling, will we hand over your data to third parties.
Deletion of your Data
You can have your data deleted by DigiTorc. You can avail yourself of this right at any time. If you no longer wish to receive messages from us or want us to delete your data, please send a message using the Contact Us form with that request.
Data for accounting and billing purposes shall not be affected by such deletion.
